If you are disappointed with an aspect of camp or you have feedback about your camp experience, it is really important to let us know as soon as possible. This can be in two ways: either by sending us an email to help@ultimateactivity.co.uk, or calling us on 0330 111 7077. Once we have received your feedback, it will be passed onto a supervisor or manager for the appropriate course of action to be taken. We usually need time to investigate before providing a formal follow up with our findings either via phone or email.
Please make sure your feedback includes:
- Your name
- Your contact details, (phone number and email address)
- Location of camp attended
- Date and time of incident (if applicable)
- Names of children or staff members involved (if applicable)
- If you have been able to discuss this problem with a member of the team already
We can't always guarantee a time for the issue being resolved, as each complaint is treated on a case by case basis, but we will endeavour to keep you updated throughout the process.
