If you are going to be late dropping off or the sign in desk has closed when you arrive, please contact the Camp Manager (the number will be visible upon arrival) or our Customer Support Team (0330 111 7077) so that we can notify staff.
Likewise, if you are running late to collect your child and will arrive after 17:15, please call our Customer Support Team (0330 111 7077) as soon as possible so we can inform the Camp Manager. We will give your child an Extended Day Pass which you can pay for afterwards (£7), giving you until 18:00 to collect your child.
If you are later than 18:00, we will charge £7 for every fifteen minutes to cover the extra costs of having two members of staff staying late.
