If you think you may have left an item at camp, please contact us as soon as possible (help@ultimateactivity.co.uk or 0330 111 7077) so that we can try and locate it for you. If camp is still running, we can then arrange a collection.
Once camp is over, all lost property will be bought back to our warehouse in Oxfordshire. If we are able to locate your missing item(s), we can either arrange for collection or for the item(s) to be posted back to you for a small charge (which covers postal charges and packaging costs).
