Ultimate Activity Camps accepts payment by credit card (we do not accept American Express), debit card, and childcare vouchers - or a mix of these.
A booking is only confirmed once we’ve received full payment or confirmation of childcare vouchers payment from the childcare voucher provider.
All bookings must be paid in full prior to the first day of Camp that is booked.
If full payment has not been received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Please get in contact with us if there is a problem with meeting payment deadlines.
Bookings that qualify for our ‘Early Booking’ rate or any other promotional offers, need to be paid in full by the offer end date by credit/debit card, childcare vouchers or a mix of both. We recommend allowing at least 5 working days for your childcare voucher provider to process the payment to our account, to ensure we receive the funds in time.
