You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been placed (either online or over the phone). In the email, you will find your booking ID/reference, which will be needed to collect your child from camp at the end of the day (so remember to make a note of this!) The email will also contain information about what to bring to camp (such as a packed lunch, snacks, refillable water bottle, swimming kit, sun cream, appropriate clothing) and directions to the sign-in desk for the first day.
Please check the booking confirmation email carefully to ensure that the dates, location and your/your child's details are correct and as expected. If anything is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible, and at least 14 days before Camp starts so we can make any necessary changes.
If you have not received the confirmation please check your spam/junk folder and if you still cannot locate the confirmation email please call us on 0330 111 7077 as soon as possible so we can look up the details.
Full payment, Tax-Free Childcare or childcare vouchers constitute acceptance of the booking terms and conditions.
