Yes. Any authorised adult needs to bring the unique booking ID (beginning with UAC) to complete our security process in the same way that a parent would. By sharing your booking ID, you are providing authorisation.
If the person collecting fails to produce a valid booking ID when requested, they will be asked to complete some security questions with a member of the Customer Support team.
