Bookings must be paid for at time of booking - this can be done by credit or debit card, childcare vouchers or any combination of these.
Childcare vouchers can take up to 5 working days to clear into our account once you have issued them, therefore if you are booking within 5 working days of camp starting, you may be asked to pay using card - we will then issue a refund this once we have received your childcare voucher payment.
During an offer period, payments must be received before the offer expires. If you do not have enough childcare vouchers available at that time you can use a card and we can refund once the childcare voucher payment has been received.
